" Comme d'autres confrères à Crac'h, La Trinité-sur-Mer et Ploemel, l'architecte alréen Patrice Bideau ouvrait ses portes au public vendredi et samedi.
Beaucoup d'architectes partent du principe que leur travail parle pour eux. Ce n'est pas ma conception. Je pense que notre métier consiste à construire un projet pour des gens et avec ces gens. Cela suppose de la discussion, des échanges. Ces portes ouvertes ont donc tout leur sens. Ne croyez-vous pas que bien des porteurs de projet se détournent des architectes pour une question d'argent ? Certainement, mais c'est un a priori. Nous prenons 10 % de commission, là où un pavillonneur va prendre 30 % sur la vente d'une maison. Avant la crise de 2008, je travaillais sur des maisons à 150.000 €. Ce n'est plus le cas, car depuis cette crise tout le monde a perdu la clientèle des primo accédants. Les architectes ont pris une claque dans la figure phénoménale après 2008, plus encore que les autres acteurs du marché de l'immobilier. En partie à cause de ces idées fausses qui entourent la profession : on est cher, on impose nos idées aux clients etc.
Vous êtes un des rares architectes à être spécialisé dans le bioclimatique et l'écologique... On est une poignée en Bretagne à travailler de cette manière. Mais penser un habitat sain ne consiste pas uniquement à utiliser des matériaux non nocifs, on doit aussi proposer un habitat qui corresponde au corps humain, avec de la rondeur, des espaces d'intimité. Il y a là encore des préjugés qui entourent l'architecture bioclimatique. Les maisons que je conçois ne coûtent pas plus cher que les autres, de l'ordre de 1.800 à 2.000 € le mètre carré. Mais l'argent n'est pas mis au même endroit.../..."

节能环保的建筑设计越来越受到人们的关注，在这个环境问题能源问题突出的现代社会，建筑师与他们所设计建造的建筑也在一点点的改变着。“与生态和谐，与气候和谐”就是法国建筑师Patrice Bideau的设计观念，他有兴趣把自己十年的生物气候房实践与三开间分享，今天我们推送其中两个房子。 Auray2010 年接到这项委托的时候，业主的目的是要将这个房子进行翻新，但当建筑师现场看到这所老房子的情况的时候，发现这座老房子的状态已经不允许在其原有建筑上进行翻新了。于是建筑师将拆除和重新建设作为了项目的关键，为这栋位于中世纪风格古老村庄的房子翻开了历史的新一章。.../... Pluvigner 2002 这个项目位于法国布列塔尼Pluvigner村的南边，旁边有一个大果园。委托此项目的业主希望根据“法国RT2005能耗标准”（混合利用金属和木材，地热供暖）建起一栋建筑。这与建筑师Bideau的生态气候房的设计理念相契合，要遵守这些规定，他采用了木材和混凝土相混合的框架结构，金属横梁和拱形锌质屋顶提供了有效的支撑作用，以及提供了更宽阔的室内空间。../..."

The Brittany region of France has been populated since ancient times, thanks in part to the area’s benign environment. The temperate yet rainy climate could be likened to America’s Pacific Northwest. Extending that comparison to a finer grain, the Bay of Biscay is the France’s Salish Sea and the island-dotted Gulf of Morbihan equates the Puget Sound. From the picturesque gulf town Auray, Patrice Bideau has been practicing architecture since 1991, during which he has specialized in sustainable residences for more than a decade.Bideau transcended provincial geography in embracing sustainability, explaining that adoption of the Kyoto Protocol in 1997 greatly influenced his change of course. “In France, we were not focused on green building until Kyoto,” he explains, “and even our adoption of better standards depended on the testing and development of higher-performing envelopes.” Now, with proper solar orientation and deep insulation, in an oceanic location architects like Bideau can almost eschew mechanical heating..../...."
