ARCHITETTURA | Questa residenza sulle rive del Golfe du Morbihan, non lontano da Auray, è stata costruita dall'Architetto Patrice Bideau utilizzando i principi di architettura organica con una concentrazione di componenti di energia verde per la massima efficienza.
Completata all'inizio di quest'anno, la casa è situata in una regione che beneficia delle condizioni climatiche oceaniche. Il progetto è nato dal desiderio dei proprietari di costruire una nuova casa sulla loro proprietà a Baden, incorporando un giardino e una piscina naturale. Questi sono stati creati prima della costruzione della casa in collaborazione con un designer e un giardiniere del paesaggio. Il giardino è stato progettato per fornire protezione dai venti di Wester con un orto ad est. Un ambiente distintivo è emerso da questo nuovo ambiente naturale che circonda il cantiere.../..." " In early 2015, architect Patrice Bideau set out to create an energy-efficient home in Sainte-Anne-d'Auray, an environmentally protected area that is home to the Sainte-Anne-d’Auray Basilica, one of the most important pilgrimage destinations in France. Bideau relied upon bio-sourced materials for the project, using tissue fiber wood, brick, concrete, and raw earth to insure the home remains cool in summer and retains heat in winter.../..."

O casă eficientă energetic, care se incadreaza în standardele energetice franceze pentru locuinte eficiente. Pornind la la o structură de beton şi lemn demarată de un alt architect, Patrice Bideau a obţinut o casă eficientă energetic, care se încadrează în standardele RT 2012 (reglementări termice obligatoriu de respectat de construcţiile noi din Franţa la nivelul anului 2012, care fixează limitele maxime de consumuri de energie pentru încălzire, răcire, producţia de apă caldă şi încălzire). Arhitectul a folosit materiale din surse ecologice, izolaţii din fibre lemnoase şi celuloză şi chirpici pentru a completa structura iniţială din beton şi lemn şi a transforma această casă într-o locuinţă eficientă energetic şi confortabilă tot timpul anului.../..."

" This house built of wood was dreamt up in 2007 and finished in the spring of 2010. The owners wanted to build an ecological dwelling with an arched roof at SAINT NOLF in the Morbihan. They bought a plot of land on a relatively steep slope in a verdant valley on the outskirts of the village.../... The curve of the arched roof, which is lowest on the north façade, follows the original design of the upper level of the garden thus respecting one of the architectural principals of David PEARSON’s Gaia Charter: “Let the design be inspired by nature and be sustainable, healthy, conserving and diverse.
