"Ngôi nhà với kiến trúc xanh ở Brittany

February 11, 2014 Đây là ngôi nhà được thiết kế bởi kiến trúc sư người Pháp Patrice Bideau, toạ lạc tại vùng Brittany ở phía tây bắc nước Pháp.
Nằm trên bờ biển Golfe du Morbihan, cách không xa thành phố Auray, toà nhà này được xây dựng dựa trên những nguyên tắc kiến trúc hữu cơ và kiến trúc xanh nhằm đạt được hiệu quả thân thiện môi trường mà không cần phải sử dụng đến những biện pháp kỹ thuật phức tạp. Ngôi nhà toạ lạc tại một vị trí rất thuận tiện để gia chủ có thể thưởng thức bầu không khí tuyệt vời từ vùng biển này.Đây là dự án được thiết kế dựa trên ý tưởng xây dựng một ngôi nhà mới ở BADEN, kết hợp với một hồ bơi tự nhiên không sử dụng hoá chất và khu vườn cảnh quan thiên nhiên, với cách thức thiết kế nhằm có thể bảo vệ ngôi nhà khỏi những cơn gió thổi từ phương tây. Môi trường tự nhiên đầy mới mẻ bao quanh khu vực đã tạo nên bầu không khí thật sự thoải mái và dễ chịu cho những người sinh sống tại nơi nàyBan đầu, kế hoạch được đưa ra nhằm xây dựng một ngôi nhà tiết kiệm năng lượng với việc kết hợp sử dụng các yếu tố xanh, khung gỗ và bê tông, hệ thống tự cấp nhiệt và một hồ nước nóng 5.8 kW. Ngôi nhà này sẽ tiêu thụ khoảng  31 kWhpe/m2  mỗi năm cho hệ thống cấp nhiệt và nước nóng.../..."

This house on the shores of the Golfe du Morbihan, not far from AURAY, was built using organic architectural principals with a concentration of green energy components for maximum efficiency without resorting to technical sophistication. Completed at the beginning of this year, the house is situated in a region benefitting from oceanic climate conditions.

The project was born of the owners’ desire to build a new house on their property in BADEN, incorporating a landscaped garden and a natural, chemical free swimming pool. These were created before construction began on the house in collaboration with a designer and a landscape gardener. The garden was designed to provide protection from Westerly winds with a vegetable garden to the East. A distinctive ambiance emerged from this new, natural environment surrounding the construction site.

Initially, the plan was to build low-energy consumption house using a mixture of bioclimatic concepts, wood and concrete frame, thermodynamic heating and a 5.8 kW hot water tank. The house was designed for an energy consumption of 31 kWhpe/m⊃2; per year for the heating and hot water with a hygro B (humidity regulated) ventilation system. As work progressed, plans evolved!../..."

Строительство максимально использовало рельеф, особенности почвы, выгоды участка земли, находящегося в собственности будущего хозяина особняка. "Sulle rive del golfo di Morbihan, in Bretagna, sorge una casa particolare, nata sulle ceneri di una vecchia abitazione. Quest’ultima, fatta in metallo e pannelli di cemento,  non ha permesso la ristrutturazione della struttura. Di essa sono però state conservate le pietre rocciose rinvenute durante le operazioni di scavo, che diventeranno poi parte integrante del giardino.

La casa bioclimatica ha una struttura mista di cemento- legno.
Cemento usato nel muro posto a nord e nelle pareti divisorie, per garantire massima stabilità. Queste sono state poi rivestite con un intonaco gessoso e pannelli di lana di roccia per isolare l’edificio dall’esterno. Legno impiegato nel parquet, scale, porte e soppalco.

La struttura edilizia in legno su piattaforma in cemento, ha le facciate in lastre d’ardesia e i pavimenti rivestiti con piastrelle di mosaico ottenuto da vetro riciclato, mentre le finestre sono infissi di ultima generazione, per garantire massimo isolamento termico e acustico.

Una perla di legno e cemento nella bella Bretagna, che garantisce un involucro confortevole dal punto di vista climatico sia in inverno che in estate.../..."
