We’ve been hearing rumors about Apple’s new TV over the past few weeks.
In addition to that, the source also states that this OS will feature on Apple’s much talked about and upcoming HDTV. Besides the OS demo, the unknown source apparently also mentioned that Apple is in the process of trying to court manufacturers to use a new “control out” API which will allow third-party manufacturers to make accessories that will be compatible with the new OS and the HDTV/iTV.
Apparently, by using the API, it is said to be “possible to control any connected components, all from the Apple Remote and the Apple Remote iOS application.”...
