Coca-Cola Andina, one of the leading producers of beverages in South America, developed a custom app, called Tracking, on the FileMaker Platform to manage multiple large-scale IT projects.
As a direct result of Tracking, Andina IT has almost doubled IT productivity in only two years.

Andina developed Tracking, a custom app for IT project planning, management, and control. Running on FileMaker Server, Tracking is available to employees from a web browser, using FileMaker WebDirect. Tracking refines IT project management processes, from initial request and analysis to final implementation.

With greater visibility into project management data, Coca-Cola Andina IT has been able to significantly increase productivity and circumvent roadblocks before they occur. Andina must adhere to Coke One, a set of best practices used globally by Coca-Cola bottlers to ensure business process implementation. FileMaker enables Andina to tailor the app to meet that requirement while still allowing them to implement their own IT innovations. Andina’s employees in four countries collaborate in real time, regardless of borders or time zones. Managers track employee performance and resource allocation using Tracking, and the app enables faster development and implementation of IT initiatives.
