This video demonstrates a FileMaker custom app created for realtors that is used during the consultation with a new prospective listing.
Once the address of the new listing is added to the app, the Zillow api is used to pull down information into the app for display.
The realtor can then preview comparable listings and, view them on a map.
Once the listing price is entered, the app automatically pair potential buyers from the buyers table and shows them on screen. The realtor can then select buyers from the list and the app uses the Mailchimp API to add them to a custom list in Mailchimp.
Finally, once the buyers are added, the app allows the realtor to create an Open House event and uses the Google Calendar API to add it to the realtor's calendar.
If the realtor ever wants to use the app to show the listing to prospective buyers, they can hit a button that uses the Google Street View API to show them an AR view of the street.
