Designing a safety management system and implementing it is a difficult and costly job but even after all the hard yards are put in keeping the system up to date in an ever changing aviation industry is difficult. I hope in designing SMS's I'll be able to make it simple to keep up to date
Safety and SMS are some of the topics I'm passionate about, specifically in relation to aviation and their applications in the industry. Developments are constantly being made that will make assessing and approving and using these systems much easier.
