A a pretty good "Carnac Says" for a 9-10 year look ahead. Puts the TSMC vs Samsung battle into context. The wildcard will be logic yields achieved on the EUV processes, as defects remain challenging, and random logic defect still can't be fixed by the combination of redundant strings and fuse blowing. Memory makers will tolerate this effect and make money much more easily.
