Across Cameroon and its landlocked neighbor Chad, about 10.7 million people are affected by increased conflicts and violence. This World Bank clip highlights many of the key themes of development - the need for greater regional connectivity, the importance of stable infrastructure, and the way that conflict impedes development - in relation to Cameroon and Chad.
