We don’t research the effectiveness of paper in relation to learning to read…instead, we focus research on strategies that support reading, such as phonics.

 

We don’t  research the effectiveness of pens in relation to learning to write…instead, we focus research on strategies that support writing - for example, writers workshop. 

Great article. Remember, Bill Gates said that technology 'is just a tool.'
