Thanks Tom, for passing along this insight. I am a NASCAR fan for a variety of reasons, mainly that, in my opinion, it is the ultimate team sport. The driver and owner may get the most recognition, however there is a huge network of engineers and mechanics that make the vehicles and equipment as safe and as fast as possible, plus the crew and car chiefs, pit crews, and spotters that help the driver navigate the track. This collection of resources may ignite the curiosity of learners that learn best with hands-on and relevant experiences.
