Better engaging students during online classes consists of a few different steps: identifying the essential contents, asynchronous learning, practice, interaction with students, and a rethinking assessment. By following these steps, students are more engaged in class and are able to master the subject. One example was a student explanation of a problem, allowing the students to deeper understand the work as they describe it to their peers and teacher. Personally, I think more teachers need to follow such steps with care because engaging students is important, considering students are being set up for their futures.

This page is an extraordinary tool! To learn math in an interactive and fun way, like I have never seen before. They call it "the textbook of the future" and it is very accurate to do so. I highly recommend that you take a look at it and explore it. Share it with other teachers as well so they can use and enjoy it. In addition, the children will want to use it and will be more motivated to learn and pay attention. Awesome!

Great article to keep students engaged through online math sessions. This is very useful information for teachers to collaborate a slide to the lesson and watch students get engaged.

There are some suggestions for the types of slides that, as teachers, we can implement for our virtual classes to engage students. This can help us to maintain our students concentrated in class and be active participants.

There are numerous ways to use Google Slides to engage students for any subject, especially in mathematics. It is important to ensure the students are engaged for them to retain information. Make learning fun!
