Microsoft feels this is the easiest and best way for a child with dyslexia to feel conformed and confident in a classroom.
V- Vested interest is shown because even though this is a chat room they also do have credited experts like Microsoft CEO's as well as educators and parents who might be having trouble with a child that has dyslexia. They look for credibility because some (as mentioned previously) are experts so they strive to be reliable and gain viewers while helping children and people in general with this disability learn better.

N- This piece is bias because it is pushing technology into schools by stating it may improve the learning patterns of kids with dyslexia by giving reasons that are supported by experts and opinions of educators that obviously work in classrooms and parents of children that dyslexia.
