The Great Smartphone Debate

In the beginning, smartphones were considered to be threatening to the teaching environment and nothing more than a handheld distraction and now schools are introducing acceptance of the smartphone into the classroom because ”After all, when the smartphone in your pocket is many millions of timesmore powerful than all the computers used to send man to the moon, it makes sense to use it to full advantage.” With the introduction of phones in schools, this encourages students to use the same technology they will find in the workplaces of the future.
