FCT and the Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche de Itália have recently opened a call for proposals to sponsor exchange of researchers (2015-2016) within the context of common research projects. The call ends on the 30th September.
This might be a good opportunity for funding if you have on-going collaborations with Italy.
