Rui Nuno Leitão de Carvalho will be defending his Ph D thesis in Biotechnology and Biosciences at Instituto Superior Técnico, thursday the 20th july 2017 (9:30 H, salão nobre). During the last years, and under the supervision of Luís Fonseca from BERG-iBB, Rui focused his efforts on the development of ion jellly-based materials for bioenergy applications. The title of Rui's thesis is “Design of Ionic liquid-based biomaterials for development of a new generation of Biofuel Cells”.
