Prof. Dr. Pedro Fonte (iBB, CCMar, University of Algarve) and Prof. Dr. Pedro Brandão (Egas Moniz School of Health and Science, iBB, CQC) are currently editing an upcoming book titled "Drug Delivery Systems for Wound Healing," set to be published by Elsevier.

Our primary objective with this book is to provide a comprehensive summary of the latest and most relevant findings in the field of wound healing. We will specifically focus on exploring various drug delivery systems that have been applied to effectively address this critical issue.
