Patricia, I like that one too (the one about avoiding back-to-back meetings). It speaks to understanding and prioritizing meetings, as well as extracting yourself from meetings that you don't need to be in. Sounds simple, but if you're in meetings all day, when will you find time to lead? Sometimes, less is more ... this is the case with meetings (fewer and shorter but more productive meetings ... fewer emails but each email is more pertinent ... leaves more time for thinking and leading).
