Nice article  about mapping the qualities of User Experience designers.  The qualities map nicely across into other domains. I like the way the list of qualities has been translated into a visual map.  This  could  generate a radar diagram. summarising how well developed each aspect is. This could provide the focus for coaching or mentoring.
