Fabien Maillard, from Bar Le Lab in Montreal, came up with a zesty but refreshing version of the famous Italian Negroni. Cachaça, a Brazilian distilled spirit made from sugarcane juice, mixed with vermouth and aperol completes this refreshing drink which is usually made with gin.
