• Dua Lipa (24.3 pts out of 35) is on a real roll (her last hit IDGAF topped the charts…) This new cut LOSE MYSELF  is certified.  This cut is so well written and once again Dua’s growing fanbase of young women will be on this cut like a Tumblr blog. This cut is beautifully written and performed… #LoseMySelf
• Cardi B RING (23.6 pts) This cut is another smoker off the Cardi B album.  Radio’s gonna love this cut and again the female demos are well targeted.  The growth from Cardi on this song is the real focus point here.  This is a great song (ft Kelanie) with a great performance, strong lyrics and story and great production.  Cardi is really on some next level moves… #Ring
• Lil Wayne FAMOUS (23.3 pts) Finally the Carter V is here and this cut FAMOUS by Lil Wayne ft his daughter Reginae is another hot new single (most are going for the single MONA LISA ft Kendrick Lamar but this cut FAMOUS is the real deal (radio is gonna love this cut…)  Great lyrics and content are the leads on this cut and this cut is the Lil Wayne we all love.  The paring of him and his daughter was a clever move as it brought not only loyal Lil Wayne followers but it also created a new youthful corner due to his daughter’s online presence (hmm where Lucci on this cut… #JustSayin)… #Famous

Okay here’s our holiday mix and man I was really shocked at how many holiday cuts we had on deck (maybe I just like holiday music… #lsmh)  We have a great line up of music and as yall already know I love Pentatonix so we had to have BeatMakanixxx beats under a couple of their cuts (MARY DID YOU KNOW, LIL DRUMMER BOY…)  We did a dance version of Heather Headley’s DO YOU HEAR WHAT I HEAR (I’m crazy about Heather’s voice, probably one of the best voice of this generation.  Of course we threw in some Donny Hathaway THIS CHRISTMAS and we also found a great cover of THIS CHRISTMAS by Denisia (I love finding these great underdog cuts…)   We have Marq Dean’s HAVE YOURSELF A MERRY LIL CHRISTMAS and we have the BeatMakanixxx original cut IT’S ALL LOVE ON XMAS DAY (a jazzy deep house groove brought to you from the BeatMakanixxx…).  Also we have our Jackson’s holiday medley that we had in the vaults (“Santa Claus is coming to town…”) and our 95 South cut WHAT YOU WANT FOR CHRISTMAS.    We wound things up with the holiday classic SILENT NIGHT by the Temptations (I never know this cut was a 6/8 tempo … #WhoKnew)   We had to have that on a holiday mix.

• At num 2 is Camila Cabello HAVANA ft Young Thug (I know right…) great cut and Thug did his thing. At num 3 is Asap Ferg PLAIN JANE (this is a cut that moved through the streets to the clubs.  It’s a Dj cut… #FrFr )
• Our 2nd HotNewFeature is Yo Gotti JUICE (this one’s still early but it’s a mover…) and at num 4 is Taylor Swift LOOK WHAT YOU MADE ME DO (a solid dance cut…)
• At num 5 is Post Malone ROCKSTAR (Post Malone also keeps coming with the hits…) and our 3rd HotNewFeature is Marq Dean ILikeDemGirls (Marq is an indie making moves…)
• At num 6 is Dua Lipa NEW RULES (this is a great cut…) and at num 7 is Macklemore GOOD OLD DAYS (was num 1 on the last mix…)
• At num 8 is Blackbear DO RE MI (another great dance cut that’s been bubbling for months…) and our 4th HotNewFeature is Ciara DANCE LIKE WERE MAKING LOVE remix (this always was a great dance cut but the remix ha)s given this cut new life… #DjAlert )

Ok here’s this week’s GetAtMe TopTenCountDown.  Cardi B BODAK YELLOW stays at #1 for the 2nd week straight (Bodak Yellow is a legit hit…).  Here’s the countdown…

• At num 1 this week is still Cardi B BODAK YELLOW (this thing blew up out of nowhere but the hit is legit…) and our 1st HotNewFeature is a BeatMakanixxx remix we did about a year ago of Cardi’s cut STRIPPER HOES (it blended so well with the Gucci Mane “Gucci don’t love me…”).  At num 2 is Liam Payne STRIP THAT DOWN (this cut is hot and it moves the dance floor.  Quavo’s feature really helps drive this cut…)
• At num 3 is The Weeknd REMINDER (The Weeknd has another hit…) and at num 4 is Childish Gambino REDBONE. Our 2nd HotNewFeature is Neyo ANOTHER LOVE SONG (this is a great cut for Neyo…)
• At num 5 is Logic 1 800 273 8255 (Logic is definitely in his own space. This is a good cut…) and at num 6 is Black Bear DO RE MI (this one has been out there for a minute and now it seems that the sales are kicking in…).  Our 3rd HotNewFeature is Marq Dean ILikeDemGirls (new music from Marq Dean, this cut  really works…#CheckItOut)
• At num 7 is French Montanna UNFORGETTABLE (great cut that grows on you…) and at num 8 is Yo Gotti RAKE IT UP great club cut…) Our 4th HotNewFeature is by the new artist Zoey Blunko ( #WhoIsZoeyBlunko ) MARI MEXICO.  This BeatMakanixxx mix gave this cut a dance feel and Zoey Blunko may have him one… (then you will know who is Zoey Blunko #lsmh)
• At num 9 is Kendrick Lamar LOYALTY and at num 10 is Sza LOVE GALORE. Our 5th HotNewFeature is 50 Cents BIG RICH TOWN (why didn’t 50 release this as a single?  This song is a flat hit.  Joe really delivers on this cut (yes Power is back for another season…)

• We start the chart this week with Jay Z THE STORY OF OJ (this is a strong hiphop cut…) as our 1st At num 10 this week is the Rihanna remix of PRBLMS (man it’s hard for Rihanna to sound bad on a cut frfr…)  
• At num 9 is Big Boi CHOCOLATE (djs are gonna love this cut. It really drives the dancefloor…)  Num 8 is TPain F.B.G.M. (T Pain has a hit…)
• At num 7 is Dej Loaf NO FEAR (this cut is so hot for Dej, UrbanRadioAlert…) and at number 6 is OT Genesis THICK (this is one of the hottest cuts in the clubs right now…)
• Our 2nd HotNewFeature is Keke Palmer WIND UP (I love this cut, the mix factor is crazy…) and at num 5 is Drake SIGNS.

What’s up?  It took a moment for me to really decide what I wanted to put on this new InDaMixxx.  Marketing people have really sort of messed up the music handicapping game by pushing product (their job…) that’s not selling.  We as djs have to use sales as our hot gauge at the end of the day (well I do…) when we are really trying to gauge a songs hit potential.  Over the last few months there have been many great songs that won’t make it because of today’s music marketing environment (all the Toni Braxton product is hot…).  So I felt I had to create a separate mix where I could place this new product that was hot but the product lack Muscled (the streets and online…) and Juice (clubs and radio…)  I decided to use the InDaMixxx for this purpose (this decision took months but I’m glad I finally made the decision.

• We started out the mix with a BeatMakanixxx djsinglemix Ella Mai BOO_D UP (great summer cut…) and then went into the Drake’s hit NICE FOR WHAT (strong dj cut…)
• Then we mixed in the new BeatMakanixxx djsinglemix Nicki Minaj BARBIE TINGZ (this cut’s energy is crazy…) and we followed that with a BeatMakanixxx djsinglemix of the master drummer Sonny Emory (from Earth Wind and Fire and many other great artist) new cut I ADORE YOU (here you go Sonny…) I like doing this cut and the jazz grooves and dance beats really work…
• As with all out InDaMixxx mixes we blend in the GetAtMe Anthem WHO’S THAT DJ AGAIN and then we bring in the new BeatMakanixxx cut I BELIEVE N U ft MarqDean (I believe the truth is out there…
• We come out of that into a great mashup by Hi-Lo ft Alien Technology/Bodak/My Way (this mashup is hot…) and that is followed by the Janelle Monae classic SINCERELY JANE (bet yall never saw this one being a dance cut… #lsmh )
• All the new Toni Braxton product is hot ( #frfr ) and that’s why we decided to do a djsinglemix on her new cut SEX AND CIGARETTES (djs are gonna love this cut…) and then we mix in our Cardi B mashup classic by the BeatMakanixxx I LIKE THAT/WHATS UP ( we told yall she was the truth and this mashup let djs know that also…)

Okay in this new mix series DJ REGGIE REDD IWantToHereSomeMuzic, I was trying to put series together where I was comfortable with spotlighting new music (from all forms of dance music…)  I just wanted to make a mix with all of the cuts that moved me this month (without the industry politics…#Sheesh)  Here’s the mix

• We started off the mix with the new Dj Khaled TOP OFF ( a great new cut and it really got some energy with the dance beat we mixed on the bottom…) Then we mixed on the new The WeekNd PRAY FOR ME (another strong cut from The WeekNd.  "This dude really be bringing the hits"…
• Then we mixed in Block Boy JB’s SHOOT Dj NeeK Mix. Dj Neek (  Hot 103.9/93.9 in Columbia S.C.  Host of the “Neek at Noon radio show” and music director for both of the hottest stations in Columbia…) put me on to this cut that was getting crazy viral movement on youtube.  So we did a special mix just for her… #Get2KnowNeek .  BlockBoy JB’s other cut LOOK ALIVE is also trending ( once again the dance beat creates a whole new energy for this cut SHOOT,...) and then we  mix in the new Toni Braxton cut COPING (personally my most favorite cut at this month… #ILoveThisCut)  This cut is Toni’s “I Will Survive” (Thelma Houston) or BELIEVE (Cher).  This is a great dj cut… #DjAlert
• Next we blend in the new Q-Tip ft Demi Lovato DON’T GO BREAKIN MY HEART ( a remake of the Elton John & KiKI Dee classic…) This cut was a real surprise (especially since Q-Tip is not rapping but singing like Pharrell… #GreatChoice)  This is another great dj cut and a hit.  The bass intro is a great loop ( If this was Bruno Mars this would already be a hit… #JustSayin )  Then we mix in a BeatMakanixxx cut featuring Cardi B WHATS LUV GOT TO DO WITH IT (I had to do it… #lol )  It’s no secret that I love Cardi’s music I couldn’t wait to put this Dj Single mix together ( the muses just brought it to me…).  I took the What’s Love Got To Do With it cut (with Fat Joe and Ashanti) and came up with new and fresh Cardi cut (yall gonna love these horn I got in there… #LSMH)  Definitely a dj rotation choice… #InTheMix

• Sza THE WEEKEND (21.3pts/25pts) Sza crept up on us with this cut.  The only thing hurting this cut right now is actual sales (which happens when the focus of your promo push is to radio…)  Sza is quietly making her own corner in the market…(mixtape/online primary…)  Streets 2 cool, mixtapes/online 3 good, clubs 2 cool, radio 3 good , muscle/ juice [2/2] 2 cool (12/25 total ) 33.3  Total score
• Taylor Swift CALL IT WHAT YOU WANT (21.1pts/25pts) Taylor Swift just keeps dropping the hits of this album and now we’re at num 3..  CALL IT WHAT YOU WANT is a great cut and the dance beat undermix just made it ride more.  Pop music and dance music may become Taylors future genre blend… Streets 2 cool, mixtapes/online 2 cool, clubs 2 cool, radio 1 alright, (muscle 2 /juice 1) 1.5 alright- (29.5 total)l 29.5 total score

Well The Atlanta Falcons are on their way to the Superbowl and you know we here at GetAtMe had to make a Falcons mix.  We loaded it up with all the current hits starting with The Migos BAD AND BOUJEE (this cut is so hot right now… #TheStreetsLuvIt ).  We then went into OT Genesis PUSH IT (the energy on this club is crazy… #FRFR).  On the 3rd cut The BeatMakanixx RISEUP/WEDABOYS is blended in (this is what the dj single mix is about.  We blended together our RISE UP track/We Dem Boyz by Wiz Khalifa and RISE by Herb Alpert and it worked… #BeatMakanixxx).  The 4th cut is Wiz Khalifa WE DEM BOYZ (isn’t it crazy how an event can reenergize a cut that was out there…? #WeDemBoyz )  Then we brought in the current Drake hit FAKE LOVE (you gotta have Drake… #FakeLove) and that was followed by Gucci Mane and Drake BOTH (both of these cuts are current hot cut in the STREETS, MIXTAPE ONLINE, CLUBS and RADIO, all 4 corner of the industry right now…#ItsAHit)  We the go into Marq Dean’s RED CUP (you gotta have the RED CUP’S at all the tailgates… #MarqDeanMakinMoves )  We wind it up with the new Dae Dae SPEND IT remix ft Young Thug and Young M.a. Man everytime I make a mix it’s like cooking a meal.  This tribute mix for George Michael was more than just a mix for me but it also a tribute to 2 of the best Dj’s I’ve ever known, Stuart Gardner and Daz Wright.  Anyone who knows anything about the Atlanta Dj community knows that these 2 guys were real dj legends.  Not industry dudes looking for a come up but 2 guys who just loved the music.  George Michael was a very pivotal artist for these guys when they were spinning and Michael’s passing just brought these two guys back to mind.  Really great djs.

On this mix I did a BeatMakanixxx mix of the Bonnie Rait classic I CANT MAKE YOU LOVE ME (I was so lucky to find a live performance by Michael and truly a performance that showcases George Michael’s real talent.  George Michael may have been an industry pushed artist but this dude’s talent was for real.  I wanted to show that in my DjSingleMixxx.  I also mixed in some classic FATHER FIGURE, CARELESS WHISPER and I WANT YOUR SEX, all songs that were a reflection of the time when George Michael was hot (The pretty people era #lsmh).
