Kelsey Maynor is a really good guy (I mean he’s really a cool dude…). So when he let me in on the fact that he was writing a book, well of course it was easy to lend him support (I mean I’m just that kind of guy…) When he showed up with the book I was really impressed (because in Atlanta, everyone is doing something so you know how that goes…) and I was even more ecstatic when I realized that the book was really good. Help (I’m talking to myself…) is really good.
Help (I’m talking to myself…) is a 50 speech journal through motivation that takes you the reader through Kelsey’s journey to finding the better Kelsey (the good thing about this journal is that it’s a one size fit all motivational workbook. #InterestingReading Kelsey has done a wonderful job of crafting an interesting narrative of motivational conversation that has help him to becoming a better person (and for some it’s gonna be helpful also #YouGottaBelieve
