After seeing this young lady perform at Timeless Tuesday Atl, it just confirmed what I always believed that, Kiara is special.  This doll sized package with this mature voice and presence that captivated the audience of Timeless Tuesday (an artist showcase at Soul Village at on Lil 5 Points…) with a masterful performance that held the audience in suspense.  Although it was her first performance it was clear that the stage and Kiara were comfortable companions (to be continued…)

Des Monroe is magical (this is one of those I saw the live performance and said wow...)  This humble young lady with this powerful voice may just be hiphop's next big thing.  She caught my attention at a showcase ( #TimelessTuesdays at #SoulVillage in #Lil5Pts ,  great showcase on Tuesday at this location so get out to it...) and I then found her music to be on point and I had to give her a dance mix (hit the link above...)  Check out Des Monroe #ItsDestiny

Man Joey Sommerville is one of the coolest folks I know, so doing him a djsinglemix was an easy choice for me  (Joey is a very likable dude and really an easy cat to be around…)

I really wanted to create a dance mix that was part RAIN FOREST and part FUNKIN FOR JAMAICA.  With this cut IN THERE, I feel like I got real close.  The more I mixed this cut in the more I felt the magic (dj’s are gonna like this groove…)  This cut crosses all the dance genres from RNB/HopHop to deep house to jazz to house and dance , dj’s will appreciate the music and the beat on this one.

Man I finally got in the mood to do a mix (I’ve had a busy few months and really I was trying to decide what direction would be best for  GetAtMe…)  When I started these 3PcSnacks I was doing them as quick mix previews for djs and over time these mixes have grown in different areas (as has the music industry as a whole…)  Its has become a challenge to provide hit mixes and still provide new and up and coming artist a spot where they also can be heard by djs (I feel like I’ve developed a comfortable system to accomplish this now so it’s time for GetAtMe to get back to it job of bringing djs the newest in the best new music.  So here we go…

• We started off this mix with a BeatMakanixxx remix/mashup of Cardi B’s ‘STRIPPER HOES’ (we renamed it ‘I LIKE THAT/WHATS LUV). We did the first mix almost 2 years ago (before Cardi was a hit.  We saw the potential…) and the 1st mix was a hit on hulkshare with our djs with over 1600 plays (no boost) and over 300 down loads by djs.  This new mix is a mashup with Fat Joe’s Whats Luv (so if there suddenly is a Cardi B WhatsLuv (ILikeThat) cut, you know where you heard it first… #lsmh)  We put a driving beat on this one and the horns and Whats Luv vocals compliment Cardi’s verse… #DjAlert
• Our next cut is a new Post Malone (this was a find and boy is this one hot…)’ F*CK’. This cut track is a sensually hypnotizing track that continues to drive the mix.  The production is top notch and this cut will be a mixtape favorite.  Stripclubs will also be on this one… #GetItGetIt
• The 3rd track is a BeatMakanixxx djsingle mix of the new Tony Terry cut ‘TAKE ME’ (we put our foot in this one. The beat is crucial…) This has a today beat feel and we were able to stay true to Tony Terry’s RNB roots.  Djs are gonna love the front transition because it will give them a lots of room to play… #InTheMix
