Alessia Cara quietly is being a trend setter. Her music is different. In it’s own way it’s becoming the voice for a new generation of Hip Pop consumers. Cara appears to be quiet and shy but is she really just silently strong and just an old soul in her youthful frame. As she states in ‘HERE’, “I’ll be over here…”. She’s attractive and seems to be from the generation that overstands social media and knows how to use it to her advantage. In her video of ‘WILD THINGS’ she is communicating to a new crew of consumers that are on their way to either a mall job, college university or their own startup. Not a gang but definitely a crew who’s just out doing their thing till that right thing comes along.
