Des Monroe is magical (this is one of those I saw the live performance and said wow...)  This humble young lady with this powerful voice may just be hiphop's next big thing.  She caught my attention at a showcase ( #TimelessTuesdays at #SoulVillage in #Lil5Pts ,  great showcase on Tuesday at this location so get out to it...) and I then found her music to be on point and I had to give her a dance mix (hit the link above...)  Check out Des Monroe #ItsDestiny

Ain’t nothing like a live performance to let folks know you the truth (at the end of the day a performance is your best connection to the fan experience…) and with the advent of online a live performance can change things overnight by trending.  And that may have just been the case for this new artist at the BET Awards.  Premadonna got down in a short freestyle clip on IG today In TheShadeRoom with Trick Daddy in the back looking like the proud mentor and Tigger.  At times its moments like this that can spark a career.

With 614,000 followers on IG that’s enough soldiers to start a campaign.  Going back through some of material that was released earlier this year, well she had some really hot moments on youtube.  One clip was so on, I decided to go on and make a DjSingleMix of the cut, LOOKIN ASS BITCHES.  Now let’s see what she does with these next 5 minutes of fame.  Can she turn it into 15 minutes of fame and then to a lifetime of success.  We gonna see…
