Okay here’s this week’s GetAtMe TopTen (a compilation of radio play, sales figures and online site traction…)  We spend a lot of time analyzing the metrics to put this chart together (I know some feel that I should just pull names out of a hat, but that’s not how I do it… #lsmh)  We analyze airplay spins, true single sales numbers and traction numbers from online sites and that gives us our picture of what’s happening.  So here’s this week’s stats:

• Cardi B BODAK YELLOW is still a strong num 1 (this cut has been a monster…) and at num 2 is Yo Gotti RAKE IT UP (probably would have made num 1 if Cardi wasn’t so strong in airplay and sales…)
• At num 3 is Gucci Mane I GET THE BAG and at num 4 is Dj Khaled WILD THOUGHTS (another monster cut…)
• At num 5 is Post Malone ROCKSTAR (strong cut ft 21 Savage…) and at num 6 is Sza LOVE GALORE (Sza quietly is maintaining on these charts…)
• At num 7 is Chris Brown PILLS & AUTOMOBLES (this is crazy cause the Chris Brown cut that catching is QUESTIONS…) and at num, 8 is 21 Savage BANK ACCOUNT…
• At num 9 is Goldlink CREW and at num 10 Kendrick Lamar LOYALTY…

Yall know here at GetAtMe I’m a stickler for the real sales numbers ( I personally can’t do nothing with bad numbers…) so it’s important for me to make sure yall have the right numbers.  Here’s this week’s top ten in total single sales.

• Cardi B BODAK YELLOW stays at num 1 with over 50,000 single sales in one week ( a hit is a hit…) and at num 2 is Post Malone ROCKSTAR with over 40,000 downloads in single sales… (this dude’s buying audience is for real…)
• At num 3 is Logic 1 800 273-8255 with over 30,000 units sold and at num 4 is Yo Gotti RAKE IT UP with 17,000 plus units…
• At num 5 is French Montana UNFORGETTABLE with over 16,000 units sold this week (this cut is over 500,000 sold legit… #LegitGold ) and at num 6 is Khalid YOUNG DUMB & BROKE with over 14,000 units sold…
• At num 7 is Post Malone again with I FALL APART (this dudes fans are real buyers…) with over 14,000 units sold (his second cut on the chart…) and at num 8 is Blackbear DO RE MI (this is a real dj cut…) with over 12,000 units sold…
• At num 9 is Calvin Harris FEELS with over 11,000 units sold and at num 10 is Kendrick Lamar HUMBLE with also over 11,000 units sold…

We told yall almost a year ago that Cardi B was the truth.  As a performer and as a new star.  We felt that people felt her genuine and that genuine would carry her to the top.  Charisma is a MF,,,

Okay here’s what's up this week in urban radio. 

• The Cardi B assault (lsmh…) continues as she stays on top of the spin increases this week with BODAK YELLOW. She still has over 500+ spin increases for the week and is sitting at number 13 on itunes… #MakingShmooneyMoves
• Yo Gotti RAKE IT UP had 422 + spin increases for the week and is at number 42 on itunes and Kendrick Lamar LOYALTY came in with 420 + spin increases and sits at number 61 on itunes…
• 21 Savage BANK ACCOUNT had 358 + spin increases and it’s at number 51 on itunes and Wiz Khalifa SOMETHING NEW had 368 + spin increases but it didn’t make the itunes top 200 (this cut is still early…)
• Chris Brown PILLS AND AUTOMOBLES had the most station adds (38 stations) and also this cut is early…

Ok here’s this week’s GetAtMe TopTenCountDown.  Cardi B BODAK YELLOW stays at #1 for the 2nd week straight (Bodak Yellow is a legit hit…).  Here’s the countdown…

• At num 1 this week is still Cardi B BODAK YELLOW (this thing blew up out of nowhere but the hit is legit…) and our 1st HotNewFeature is a BeatMakanixxx remix we did about a year ago of Cardi’s cut STRIPPER HOES (it blended so well with the Gucci Mane “Gucci don’t love me…”).  At num 2 is Liam Payne STRIP THAT DOWN (this cut is hot and it moves the dance floor.  Quavo’s feature really helps drive this cut…)
• At num 3 is The Weeknd REMINDER (The Weeknd has another hit…) and at num 4 is Childish Gambino REDBONE. Our 2nd HotNewFeature is Neyo ANOTHER LOVE SONG (this is a great cut for Neyo…)
• At num 5 is Logic 1 800 273 8255 (Logic is definitely in his own space. This is a good cut…) and at num 6 is Black Bear DO RE MI (this one has been out there for a minute and now it seems that the sales are kicking in…).  Our 3rd HotNewFeature is Marq Dean ILikeDemGirls (new music from Marq Dean, this cut  really works…#CheckItOut)
• At num 7 is French Montanna UNFORGETTABLE (great cut that grows on you…) and at num 8 is Yo Gotti RAKE IT UP great club cut…) Our 4th HotNewFeature is by the new artist Zoey Blunko ( #WhoIsZoeyBlunko ) MARI MEXICO.  This BeatMakanixxx mix gave this cut a dance feel and Zoey Blunko may have him one… (then you will know who is Zoey Blunko #lsmh)
• At num 9 is Kendrick Lamar LOYALTY and at num 10 is Sza LOVE GALORE. Our 5th HotNewFeature is 50 Cents BIG RICH TOWN (why didn’t 50 release this as a single?  This song is a flat hit.  Joe really delivers on this cut (yes Power is back for another season…)

When we 1st saw Cardi B we knew she was special.  Her energy and shine was so genuine (that’s why we did the Stripper Hoes remix on hulkshare http://www.hulkshare.com/reginaldshipman/beatmakanixxx-cardi-b-stripper-hoes-freakygirlremix  )  well over 1400 plays and over 300 downloads later, Cardi’s machine is in full effect.  Cardi B has a bonified hit song with BODAK YELLOW (the women demos on this cut are crazy…).

37 stations added the song this week.  Over 450+ spin increases in one week and currently is legitimately selling over 3400 downloads a day.  She stays at the top of the daily online blogs and on a daily basis the topic of someone’s conversation.  Her buzz is legit.

Congrats to Cardi B for taking Unsigned Grind mad making it into industry shine.  Ain’t nothing like “living the dream…”

When I 1st saw Cardi B on Love and HipHopNewYork, I said to everyone “this one here has crazy chemistry, don’t sleep…” (that’s why I hurried up and did a GetAtMeInDaMixxx on her Stripper Hoes cut on hulkshare.  Check it out in the next post…) and here we are.  Cardi B has a flat out hit with Bodak Yellow.

These lyric resonate with young urban females (I’ve seen it with my own eyes in the club…) and they spit these lyric word for word.  Some people ( writers & critics…) are making the mistake of trying to judge Cardi B as a rapper.  No Cardi B is a comedian, spokesperson, rapper and entertainer (and entertaining she is…)  Check out the lyrics…
