Alright here’s this week’s GetAtMe Urban Radio Scorecard where we list the top trending cuts in urban radio based on spin increases on air. Drake’s TOOSIE SLIDE is dominating urban radio this week (here’s the stats...)
- DrakeTOOSIE SLIDE is number 1 with a dominating 1127 spin increases and it’s selling at number 3 on iTunes... (Drake wins again...)
- Megan Thee Stallion continues to trend with SAVAGE with 713 spin increases and selling at number 7 on iTunes...(video challenge delivered this one...)
- Da Baby VIBEZ is number 3 with 675 spin increases but has fallen out of the iTunes top 200 all the way down to number 798 (urban radio was really late on this cut. This was a great cut from the jump...)
- Roddy Ricch’s HIGH FASHION is at number 4 with 565 spin increases and sitting at number 139 on iTunes (this one is making a move up...)
- Pop Smoke (RIP) single DIOR is our number 5 cut with 501 spin increases and is at number 305 on iTunes (not in the top 200...)
- Young T & Bugsey DON’T RUSH (another challenge cut...) got the most adds in urban radio this week with 39 stations (this cut is a viral sensation...)
- And our HOT PICK this week is WizKhalia’s SOMETHING NEW (why does this song sound so much like a Chris Brown joint... #hmmm) and Young T& Bugsey DON’T RUSH (4 of these songs this week owe their success to viral videos online because of the pandemic and folks being bored at home (interesting note...)
