We here at GetAtMe have always had the GetatMe3PcSnack and The HotNewHits series.  We now bring to you our GetAtMeHotNewHitsMinuteMix.  3 of this week's hottest new singles in a minute.  It will keep to the HotNewHits format (1 solid hit, 1 comer on and 1 cut that I just like.)  look I spent months coming to terms on how I could accommodate a new mix series with hit from all across the spectrum, not just industry.  I feel like I have now accomplished that so we welcome you now to the GetAtMeTop3MinuteMix. 

• Cardi B UP starts this week with a score of 96.3 A grade.  This is clearly an industry joint with the full backing from the streets and media.  The #1 comes from the high sales numbers... 
• CJ WHOOPTY man this cut is a New York favorite that trying to make a national stand (heavy New York) It has a score of 82.5 (grade B-).  This cut has a crazy industry push, lets see if the fans feel the same... 
• MoneyBaggYo TIME TODAY is my 3rd choice (with a score of 51.9 grade E-) this cut is still early and it definitely need sale support.  No sales is why it received the low grade but this is a great dj cut.

Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion are having massive sales success with WAPS.  This cut just keeps selling.  When it a hit it can't be denied...

#1 in 34 countries, well that says it all.  Its an amazing accomplishment to be #1 in the US but in 34 countries, that truly amazing congrates...

This Cardi B & Megan Thee Stallion record WAPS has come out of nowhere.  This slow grinding beat has the initial making of a hit record.  Megan has created a way of staying relevant by featuring with acts that will keep her relevant.  This cut with Cardi was an excellently executed move.  Here’s the Stats:  

• Track 2.9pts-  this track (with the repeat anthem “there’s some hoes in this house”) is a thumping slow groove that works (good)... 
• PERFORMANCE 4.1pts- Cardi and Megan did their thing on this cut.  These lyrics are cleverly raunchy.  The message “CERTIFIED FREAK’ is unapologetically delivered (Hot)... 

• MUSCLE 5.0PTS- The muscle on this cut is crazy (it went right to #10 on itunes day one.  This was just on pre pub online.  That’s crazy (Hit)... 
• JUICE- 3.7pts- Its going to be interesting to see how radio handles this very sexually provocative cut #Hmmm (Heat)... 
• HIT FACTOR- 4.6pts- This video starts the conversation and will be able to get these two females a lot of attention (Cardi is crazy fine in that leopard joint) (hot)... 
• TOTAL 4.06 pts out of 5pts (HOT)This cut has jumped out the gate as a smash (can it keep that momentum?)  This video will get this cut momentum in the streets and the mixtape.  The question will be is this cut to slow for the clubs to get real energy?  Radio will support this cut, the question is how long and can they get past the sexual content (I know in this day and time it hard to believe that that will even be an issue...)   This is a good cut, #LetsGo

We all have dreams and with those dreams come doubters.  The worst thing in the world is wasted talent (no matter what your talent may be…)  When Cardi started out if I had a dollar for every WTF I got about this girl, well let’s just say I would be really really straight.

Cardi ignored her doubters (even at times still trying to peep her doubters to the power of social media.  They all just laughed at her.  Who’s laughing now?)  Cardi was resilient and stayed true to her moves.  When others said don’t do that, she did.  When folks tried to change her style, she remained the same.  When some told her to be quiet, she got louder and when some tried to use her past against her, she not only embraced her past, she gave her fans a front row seat to her past and present.  Some felt like she should be more of a role model (I have no idea why some feel that successful people should all adhere to the same value system, I mean it’s rap and rock and roll… Sheesh)  She is the best role model some can have, don’t quit and become embarrassingly successful and rich and maximize every real and available opportunity.  That’s how it’s done
