The Breakfast Club with DJ Envy, Angela Yee and Charlamagne Tha God
No doubt probably one of the most influential hip hop morning show in Hip Hop radio. ThisClear Channel powerhouse out of New York Power 105 FM (isn't it funny that Mitt Romney is an owner partner in probably the most influential hip hop station in America. #LoL #GoFigure). This morning show is powerful because of its content and ability to merge their online presence internationally. Charlamagne, Angela Yee and DJ Envy ooze chemistry, Its almost like you have three hip hop ophrah asking questions. Chalamagne has done a great job of becoming hip hop's Howard Stearn.(which BuckWild also attempted.). Chalamagne handles the morning show like a great shooting guard going head to head with their oppents, their guest. Angela Yee is their point guard and she shows she has no problems giving assist but she will take it to the hole on a guest if they leave an opening for her. DJ Envy is their power forward grabbing rebounds and making sure that he gets the easy putback. Enough basketbal ananlogies. These guy are good. These guys are also good for radio. They have developed an entertaining, informative and useful product. Man this crew is really good.
