I especially like that the focus of rebels is always bigger than themselves and focused on mission and others and not the individual. A true rebel identifies problems, challenges, and opportunities and the accompanying solutions. Being a rebel means becoming a problem-solver, leader, and change agent. In short, rebels are the positive disruptors that challenge old or groupthink while influencing others to think, do, and act in more efficient ways to advance the productivity and positive outcomes for a team, group, or entire organization.
