In every organization I'm a part of women are leading at the highest levels. I don't see any glass ceilings anymore. This includes government, non-profits, church, and community. In my experience, the most qualified people have risen to the top and have key positions throughout the organizations. Meritocracy seems to reign and that's good for everyone.
