Puerto Rico will thrive because of Americans there are like Americans everywhere. They will work hard to rebuild their communities, take care of each other, and not let their situation create obstacles to building a better future. This would be a great place for Congress to invest in modern infrastructure and making PR a gleaming example of what Americans can do together!
