Teachers in Virginia, as well as students, will be able to create their own interactive content for mobile devices, tablets and more using the platform EduWidgets, the Virginia Department of Education announced Monday. Among other things, the platform would allow users to create graphs, sequences, timelines and images to support classroom instruction. The state also is making a virtual astronomy course available.
