No great surprises here but probably worth a reminder. Focusing on channels to market (that must include mobile) and your data will make a difference to your business.

- Big Data (déjà très en vogue, mais le sera encore plus pour les entreprises)
- réflexion mondialisé (pourquoi lancer un produit localement d'abord si on peut le lancer tout de suite à l'autre bout du monde)
