Some good stuff here. How digital is your leadership?  Lead from the top. This report also includes benefits of digital including what employees think.  There is also a reference to moocs as being a 'new way of learning' not really.  The model we have seen proliferating isn't new, its a broadcast model.  They are right to look at it though as it could lead to change. Worth reading, not very long with useful highlights.
