EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree preferred) or equivalent work experience in the fields of

o Design Strategy / Design Management 
o Product Design / Industrial Design 
o Business Administration (MBA degree) 
o Other related disciplines within Design / Business

• Experience working with students online in a distance-learning environment preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Evidence of consistent and effective teaching with continuing pedagogical improvements.
• Portfolio of creative, research, professional, school service, and/or community work that demonstrates professional and intellectual achievements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PhD degree in Education or Psychology; Public Health or Health Sciences from an accredited institution.
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to engage students effectively in written communication format
• Student support and Academic coaching that yields performance improvement
• Prior college level teaching experience with the adult and or military student population is preferred and highly valued.
• Expertise in research and multivariate statistics preferred
• Experience teaching in an online higher education setting preferred.
