When looking at Learning Management Systems, college students automatically think of Blackboard. However, Google classroom is also a free learning management system that more and more teachers are using in their classrooms from the elementary to secondary grade levels. In this article they are comparing two LMS, which are Seesaw and Google Classroom. I am barely getting familiar with google classroom, and the introduction of Seesaw looks interesting up until it costs teachers an average of $120 a year. Google classroom is free and mostly all of the features in the free product are comparable or even better than the paid app.The main difference is that Seesaw has makes it easier to keep parents in the loop by offering parental feedback, which is really the only difference between the both. When in the educational market Seesaw might be losing with the fact that their product is one in which you have to pay for, while Google classroom is free and easily to maneuver. However, it is good to learn of the differences between the two apps to see if you can spare some money to invest in different features you might find more suitable to your audience.
