La vida laboral ha cambiado sustancialmente en las últimas décadas y seguirá cambiando. Adaptarse a estos cambios implica un aprendizaje continuado y muy variado, incorporando saberes de otras disciplinas y, desde mi punto de vista, requiere una importante cuota de flexibilidad para revisar en forma periódica nuestros modelos y creencias. |
