In a flipped classroom, alleviating anxiety can be achieved by implementing straightforward solutions that emphasize the core aspect of learning. By prioritizing simplicity, educators can create a more accessible and comfortable atmosphere for students. Establishing a routine through the utilization of familiar tools further contributes to a seamless learning experience, fostering a sense of familiarity and predictability. This pedagogically-focused approach not only eases anxiety but also enhances the overall effectiveness of the flipped classroom model.

The idea of introducing technology into the Health and Physical Education classroom can be rather daunting. "How can I do this ? What do I do?" However, there are a range of technology modes that can be incorporated to enhance the learning experience for all students.
The stand-out being the incorporation of platforms that promote virtual connections between the peers and teacher. The students are able to participate in discussions and publish their opinions to gain a greater understanding of learning content. Amongst this approach, there are a range of apps, wearable tech and video software outlined in the article as effective ways to introduce technology into the HPE classroom setting. Whether it is in the practical or the theory component of the subject, technology provides significant benefit for the learning of all students.
