This article depicts how as a sign of how accessible eLearning is, there has been a rise in interest from some of the world's more impoverished countries fro new, exciting technology. African economic growth will be the responsibility of a new generation, which is why some nations are turning to eLearning to ensure that they receive the teaching they need. eLearning Africa will celebrate its tenth anniversary in May and will have one of its most diverse agendas to date. Topics will include how to become an entrepreneur, supporting development in the health sector and the development of African research. The Ethiopia-based meeting will feature talks form Mozilla's Executive Director and the President of University of the People. This relates to international relationships because eLearning is an international program that is trying to spread to several different countries in the globe.
