Education is still the key to having a trained workforce. The ability to adapt the organisations' policies to incorporate better education minimum standards will assist in better acknowledgement of the minimum standard that is required by the company involved. A higher education level will lead to a higher skilled workforce through their ability to easily comprehend what is being taught to them. |
