This seems to be a stretch for Beyonce. She is married to the richest music mogul in the world, and she be able to ignore things like this. It may have been a marketing tactic for Feyonce' brand, but regardless they gained attention. When attention is gained, it can show one's true color's. The court's decision was correct.
The Fashion Law seems to check out when it comes to sources. Julie Zerbo is CEO for the site, and has credentials from MTV, Wall street, NBC, and more. Being educated in law, Julie seems to know her side of it. I agree with her and the court. Beyonce' was not negatively effected by this.
I would not consider this a major source for audio, but for fashion!
