Dominica has weathered Tropical Storm Matthew. There have been no reports of injuries, deaths, or major damage.

The Tropical Storm warning has been discontinued for Dominica and at 11am, the center of Tropical Storm Matthew was located near latitude 14.0 North, longitude 66.3 West or about 360 KM northeast of CURACAO.
