Thank you for sharing this, it is interesting seeing the government's reaction to this major issue impacting citizens. Reading about what just happened made me wonder how the salt intrusion affected already marginalized people like what we saw in 9th wardl

A win for the rancher is a win for all Californians with ground water rights utilizing their wells to commerce trade. I side with the rancher. I know farmers here in Ventura County that cooperate with neighbors to irrigate their fields. While working in Goleta in the greenhouses on Hollister Road I observed, it's the best way to avoid paying into the tiered system of municipal control. Tiered municipal water systems is government controlled water. Water is sold to the highest bidder. It's called freedom to not be reliant on government, knowing Henry Kissinger quoted in 1973 " Control oil and you control nations; control food and you control the people". “If you are an ordinary person, then you can prepare yourself for war by moving to the countryside and building a farm, but you must take guns with you, as the hordes of starving will be roaming. Also, even though the elite will have their safe havens and specialist shelters, they must be just as careful during the war as the ordinary civilians, because their shelters can still be compromised.” Every win for government top-dpwn bureaucracy effectively reduces the constitutional rights of an American making an honest living.
