More than half of the CO2 emitted by humans has been absorbed by the ocean. Scientists say this means less CO2 in the air, but it also means a change in ocean

Last June, Congressman Jared Huffman met with scientists, fishermen and business owners in Bodega Bay to discuss a looming threat to marine ecosystems in California and around the world: ocean acidification, caused by increasing levels of carbon dioxide in Earth's atmosphere. Nice to see such a post coming from the Economist (although, in truth they are a co-sponsor of a big international conference on this topic).
