This will be a sight to see, hopefully that area will get the protection it needs to turn back to what it used to be. Could be great for creating more native habitat.

I am hoping that the company does not choose the cheap way to do this as opposed to the right way. With the company putting money into the trust, I hope the City of Oxnard keeps a close eye on their regulation for demolition.

Glad to see that they followed through with Coastal clean-up day this year as many "cleaning" based volunteer activities have been cancelled. The influx of crows has brought an enormous amount of litter to our beaches and the local waterways and are due for their yearly deep clean.
