Wow, this is a very interesting article. Considering that they are depleting their ground water resources, I wonder what that means for the city as it is quite literally sinking every year.

Restricting water access for many residents to an hour or so of water every few days and "day zero" could just be months away. Being neighbors, I wonder if the US will be helping Mexico with the water situation.
