Beware the Scope creep when it comes to business plans. I've notice it takes a clear vision of what is required and what tools to use in order to stick to the plan. It's easy to get distracted by the "bling" of new applications and tools and etc and find you have drifted off track or gone down a side ally. |
It's relatively easy to check for Trade Marks in Australia on the IPAustralia website, using ATMOSS. Make sure what you are thinking of using is not going to infringe someone else's IP.
Best advice is to employ an IP professional to help you.
