I adore squid because it's just incredibly versatile. One of my absolute favorite things to make when I'm in a seafood kinda mood is this seafood stuffed squid recipe. It's so tasty and satisfying. I like to pair it with a dry white wine and a fresh salad dressed with simple lemon vinaigrette along with some crusty bread because you MUST mop up those sublime juices!
