Circle and dialogue - the potential of our future
"Art of Hosting" practitioners are often familiar with Circle mostly as a tool for check-in and check-out. In this workshop you can learn about the many other facets of Circle and get also introduced into the practice for the whole length of meetings.
Circle can be used strategically in organizations, companies, and wherever collaborative decisions need to be made.
We invite people interested in co-creation, self-organization, participative leadership and synergies. The Circle is the pattern within all dialogue processes: Dialogue, World Café, Open Space, Dynamic Facilitation, etc. The circle is made strong by the importance given to the center, the topic, the issue and the potential of each person’s voice and participation.
Salon evening with book presentation on 28.10. 19.00 hrs
This evening is offered as an introduction to the workshop and for those who want to arrive comfortably to the workshop, and also for those who just want to get a taste of the magical power of circle.
